Lush is seeking a Casual Sales Ambassador for their Garden State Plaza location. This role involves providing exceptional customer consultations and product demonstrations, cultivating strong team relationships, and contributing to overall shop excellence in sales and operations. The Sales Ambassador will consistently surpass daily sales goals while creating a fun and inclusive team environment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Driving sales and exceeding sales goals.
  • Delivering a world-class customer experience.
  • Educating customers on brand values.
  • Expanding product knowledge.
  • Encouraging open communication and actively listening to team members’ perspectives related to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB).
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing store.
  • Ensuring practice of company standards for opening and closing, product integrity, respectful workplace, and health and safety.
