- Own and continuously improve the full-cycle recruiting process.
- Lead and mentor the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner.
- Partner with founders and department leads to build a strategic recruiting roadmap.
- Develop and implement scalable sourcing strategies.
- Manage and enhance the talent acquisition tech stack.
- Build a strong employer brand.
- Utilize data-driven insights by defining KPIs and tracking recruiting metrics.
- Maintain a high-quality pipeline of candidates.
- 6+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven ability to build and scale hiring operations in fast-paced, high-growth settings.
- Experience recruiting for various functions, including tech, operations, finance, and commercial roles.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- An analytical mindset with hands-on experience using modern recruiting tools.
- A structured and proactive working style.
- Excellent communication skills in English; German is a plus.
