Lead Salesforce Architect

Datacor is seeking a Lead Salesforce Architect to administer, configure, and optimize their Salesforce platform. The candidate will oversee system architecture, serve as the primary point of contact for Salesforce-related matters, and administer Salesforce to support business processes across departments. They will also customize objects, fields, layouts, workflows, and validation rules, implement Salesforce automation, and maintain products and price books in CPQ. The role involves data management, collaboration with stakeholders, managing customer and partner experience sites, and ensuring data security and compliance. The Lead Salesforce Architect will monitor system performance, stay updated on Salesforce releases, and implement enhancements.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee high level system architecture
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all Salesforce-related inquiries
• Administer and configure Salesforce to support business processes
• Customize and maintain Salesforce objects, fields, layouts, workflows, process builder, and validation rules
• Implement and manage Salesforce automation
• Maintain products and price books in CPQ
• Perform data management tasks
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements
• Manage customer and partner experience sites
• Manage user roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing settings
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
• Monitor license usage
• Stay updated on Salesforce releases, new features, and best practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Mathematics, a related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
• Salesforce Administrator certification and CPQ certification
