Job Description
The NFL Media is seeking a Director, Human Resources Business Partner to shape organizational culture and drive strategic initiatives. This role involves being a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, leading people strategy, and providing HR support.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a people strategy
  • Provide HR support and internal consulting
  • Develop and drive inclusion goals
  • Interpret and advise on HR policy
  • Provide expert advice on HR issues
  • Lead the implementation of HR initiatives
  • Develop recruitment strategies
  • Provide coaching and performance management guidance
  • Utilize data and analytics to inform business decisions
  • Champion and execute progressive HR practices

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 8 years of progressive HR experience, with 2 years management experience
  • Understanding of core aspects of Human Resource Management
  • Knowledge of CA employment law
  • Knowledge of inclusion tools and strategies
  • Ability to think strategically
  • Consultative style and ability to build relationships
  • Ability to influence decision making
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong experience in handling employee relations matters
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Adaptability to a changing work environment
