The NFL Media is seeking a Director, Human Resources Business Partner to shape organizational culture and drive strategic initiatives. This role involves being a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, leading people strategy, and providing HR support.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a people strategy
- Provide HR support and internal consulting
- Develop and drive inclusion goals
- Interpret and advise on HR policy
- Provide expert advice on HR issues
- Lead the implementation of HR initiatives
- Develop recruitment strategies
- Provide coaching and performance management guidance
- Utilize data and analytics to inform business decisions
- Champion and execute progressive HR practices
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 8 years of progressive HR experience, with 2 years management experience
- Understanding of core aspects of Human Resource Management
- Knowledge of CA employment law
- Knowledge of inclusion tools and strategies
- Ability to think strategically
- Consultative style and ability to build relationships
- Ability to influence decision making
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong experience in handling employee relations matters
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
