Job Description
The NFL Media is seeking a Human Resources Generalist Associate to support various client groups. This role focuses on operational goals and tactical initiatives to shape company culture and engage employees. The HR Generalist will act as a trusted resource for HR-related matters, providing support to employees and managers.
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting the execution of the people strategy.
- Providing tier 1 HRBP support, including policy interpretation and onboarding.
- Working with HR Answers team and a wider shared services team.
- Providing advice and counsel to leaders on HR issues.
- Supporting the implementation of company-wide HR initiatives.
- Overseeing and executing staffing strategies.
- Managing requests for flexible work arrangements and accommodation.
- Overseeing and executing the compiling and analyzing of key HR data requests.
Requirements include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- 3+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources.
- Understanding of core aspects of Human Resource Management.
- Ability to think strategically and translate concepts into actionable items.
- Consultative style and authentic approach.
- Proven ability to influence decision making.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project/program management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High degree of confidentiality, professionalism, and diplomacy.
- Strong experience in handling employee relations matters.
- Excellent follow-through skills.
- Strong work ethic and self-motivation.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Adaptability to a fluid work environment.
- Experience within entertainment or sports industry preferred.
