Vonage is seeking a Senior Sales Operations Lead to enhance its Customer Success organization. This role involves strategic planning, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to improve customer impact and team efficiency. The ideal candidate will champion operational excellence and data-driven decision-making, directly influencing customer value delivery, retention, and growth.
Responsibilities: - Partner with Customer Success leadership to define and execute strategic initiatives.
- Design and optimize scalable processes, tools, and workflows.
- Align with cross-functional teams to drive operational consistency.
- Develop communications and training for organizational transitions.
- Analyze customer trends to identify risks and opportunities.
- Deliver regular insights and dashboards to senior leadership.
- Work closely with Sales Operations to ensure seamless integration.
- Build frameworks and reporting for Customer Success Managers.
- Partner with Enablement to build onboarding programs and training materials.
- Drive adoption of customer success tools and platforms.
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success Operations, Sales Operations, or related roles.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Proven track record of driving cross-functional collaboration.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM and success tools such as Salesforce.
