Job Description
Vonage is seeking a Senior Sales Operations Lead to enhance its Customer Success organization. This role involves strategic planning, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to improve customer impact and team efficiency. The ideal candidate will champion operational excellence and data-driven decision-making, directly influencing customer value delivery, retention, and growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Partner with Customer Success leadership to define and execute strategic initiatives.
  • Design and optimize scalable processes, tools, and workflows.
  • Align with cross-functional teams to drive operational consistency.
  • Develop communications and training for organizational transitions.
  • Analyze customer trends to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Deliver regular insights and dashboards to senior leadership.
  • Work closely with Sales Operations to ensure seamless integration.
  • Build frameworks and reporting for Customer Success Managers.
  • Partner with Enablement to build onboarding programs and training materials.
  • Drive adoption of customer success tools and platforms.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success Operations, Sales Operations, or related roles.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Proven track record of driving cross-functional collaboration.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM and success tools such as Salesforce.
