Director - Analytics

Job Description

Innovaccer is seeking a Director-Analytics to lead the development of data and analytics products. The Director will define and drive the product roadmap, translate customer needs into compelling dashboards, and ensure the delivery of high-quality products.

Role involves:

• Operationalizing product strategy and owning execution.
• Engaging with customers to uncover business challenges.
• Leading the creation of intuitive dashboards and data visualizations.
• Collaborating with UX/UI designers.
• Leveraging healthcare expertise to deliver high-value insights.
• Monitoring product development and removing roadblocks.
• Managing a portfolio of analytics products.
• Turning analytics into actionable insights.
• Incorporating advanced technologies like machine learning and AI.
• Defining and tracking key performance indicators.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in developing analytical content.
• Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex feedback.
• Strong portfolio of analytics and dashboard products.
• Deep understanding of data platforms and business intelligence tools.
• Solid knowledge of core healthcare metrics.
• Experience with value-based care is highly desirable.
• Proven success in managing product development lifecycles.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong collaboration skills with UX/UI designers.
• Comfortable aligning with US time zone.
