Job Description
Innovaccer is seeking an Associate-Growth Marketing to collaborate with the Manager-Demand Generation and marketing leadership. This role focuses on driving lead generation campaigns for Innovaccer clients, specifically targeting cross-sell and upsell opportunities. The Associate will work closely with Inside Sales and Customer Success teams to identify opportunities within the existing client base and engage with prospective clients.Role involves:
- Identifying and developing new opportunities within existing enterprise accounts.
- Building and executing structured account mapping and expansion plans.
- Conducting research to identify key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Engaging with prospects via various channels to uncover pain points and propose solutions.
- Developing a deep understanding of customer organizations and their strategic goals.
- Collaborating with internal teams to coordinate outreach and expansion efforts.
- Maintaining and growing a healthy opportunity pipeline.
- Providing insights and feedback to inform messaging and campaign strategies.
- Tracking, measuring, and reporting on performance metrics.
- Staying informed on industry trends and competitive offerings.
Requirements:
- 2-4+ years of experience in account management and lead generation.
- Experience generating leads through cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn, conferences and ABM activities in the US market
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
