Job Description
OneTrust is seeking a VP of CX Sales to lead the go-to-market strategy for its Customer Experience portfolio. This role will be the voice of CX in the field, ensuring offerings drive customer success and business value. The VP will collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Finance to integrate capabilities into scalable sales motions. The ideal candidate will combine strategic vision, customer-centric thinking, and operational excellence to build a global CX sales engine.

Role involves:
  • Driving customer outcomes through strategic positioning of CX offerings.
  • Aligning the scale and scope of CX offerings with customer size and maturity.
  • Partnering with Product Sales teams to guide solution design.
  • Building and executing scalable, value-based selling motions.
  • Managing global performance across CX revenue streams.

Requirements:
  • 12+ years in services, sales, customer success, or value delivery roles in SaaS.
  • Experience selling services and success packages.
  • Experience leading a quota-carrying services or CX-oriented sales team.
  • Experience selling to large enterprise customers with complex use cases.
  • Background in services packaging, value-based pricing, and sales enablement.
  • Financial and operational acumen.
