Senior Salesforce Solution Architect

Job Description

OneTrust is seeking a Senior Salesforce Solution Architect to drive transformation and optimization within the Salesforce ecosystem. The Senior Salesforce Solution Architect will report to the Senior Manager of Solution Architects and specialize in Sales & Service Cloud. The ideal candidate will design and implement successful solutions, collaborate with stakeholders, and provide technical leadership to development teams.Role involves:

• Collaborating with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Designing end-to-end solutions incorporating industry best practices.
• Providing expert guidance to development teams.
• Configuring and customizing Salesforce objects and code.
• Architecting integration solutions to connect Salesforce with external systems.
• Identifying and addressing performance bottlenecks.
• Ensuring compliance with security and data privacy requirements.
• Mentoring junior architects and development teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 7+ Salesforce Certifications, including Application and System Architect certification, Salesforce CPQ certification
• Minimum 8 years of experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect.
• Proficiency in Salesforce Tools and hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Components, and integration tools.
• Strong understanding of processes, including lead management, opportunity tracking, and contract management.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
