Senior Mobile Engineer IOS (x/f/m)

Job Description

Doctolib is seeking a Senior Mobile Engineer (IOS) to join their tech team in Berlin. The Senior Mobile Engineer will be working on the practitioners’ application (PRO app), refactoring and improving the app for professionals using Doctolib's software. The role involves leading the transformation of the app, improving its looks, efficiency, and responsiveness. The main goal will be to create the core components of the application in native technology and delivering a high-quality application that meets the needs of practitioners through the Doctolib platform in France, Germany, and Italy.

Responsibilities:

• Building new features in Swift for our native application, maintaining and improving our current codebase.
• Communicating with stakeholders throughout the development process, as well as debugging production issues.
• Involvement with product-related and design discussions and decisions.
• Owning the tech and deploying code every day.
• Keeping security and privacy front and center to everything you do.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience with Native (IOS) development.
• Experience with or willingness to learn React Native.
• Passionate about writing clean, tested, and well-documented code.
• Willingness to discuss new ideas and approaches to solve problems.
• Eagerness to learn, code and share new solutions with colleagues.
• Efficient and structured ways of working, great communication and a passion for coaching and mentoring Junior professionals
• Fluent in English
