Job Description
DLH Corp is seeking a Contracts Manager, Lead to manage the company’s contracts, including US Government, commercial, and international contracts. The Contracts Manager will help develop and enforce company and departmental procedures relating to contract compliance and business administration. This is a remote position.
Responsibilities:
- Supports leadership in interpreting contract terms and providing advice.
- Supports proposal activities and develops customer relationships.
- Reviews and approves department templates for subcontracts and agreements.
- Leads subcontracting and procurement activities.
- Develops complex internal and external communications.
- Documents the contract file.
- Assists in the development of corporate contracts and grants policies.
- Produces client and internal financial reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelors and 8-10 years of experience in government contracts, grants, subcontracts, and procurement management.
- Experience in the management of complex multi-year, multi-million-dollar contracts.
- Demonstrated experience organizing, problem-solving, and multitasking.
- Ability to work well with little supervision.
- Advanced knowledge of the FAR, and other agency supplements.
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
