Ouihelp is seeking a Business Developer to expand its presence in the Chambéry and Annecy regions. The role involves promoting Ouihelp's services to healthcare professionals, particularly in the hospital sector. The Business Developer will play a crucial role in coordinating the activation of Ouihelp's services, ensuring the company's promise is upheld to both clients and referrers.

Role Involves:
  • Prospecting, referencing, and managing a network of healthcare structures.
  • Developing commercial opportunities through phone and in-person prospecting.
  • Understanding the challenges of managing hospital discharges and home care services.
  • Promoting and embodying Ouihelp's values.
  • Ensuring the smooth coordination and delivery of Ouihelp's services.
  • Cultivating and identifying development opportunities with existing partners.

Requirements:
  • Successful commercial experience (2+ years) in B2B sales.
  • Professional experience in the hospital and/or healthcare sector.
  • Strong understanding of the private and/or public healthcare sector.
  • Existing network of active referrers is a plus.
  • Proficiency in phone and in-person prospecting and negotiation techniques.
  • Ability to develop and execute a commercial prospecting strategy.
  • Experience with Sales CRM (Salesforce, Hubspot, etc.).
  • Strong communication skills.
