Ebury is seeking a Dealing Client Success Executive to join their team in London. Ebury is a global fintech company empowering businesses in international trade, offering products like international payments, FX risk management, and trade finance.
The role offers an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and gain a deeper understanding of FX dealing.
Responsibilities:
- Service a portfolio of clients through FX hedging & cash management.
- Execute FX trades (SPOT, FWD, etc.) using various trading platforms and Bloomberg.
- Handle a high volume of requests via phone and email.
- Gain an in-depth understanding of processes within various departments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience in the FX industry beneficial
- Interest and knowledge of the Financial markets
- Fluent in English
- Degree level education, ideally in economics, business studies or finance,preferred
- Strong mathematical understanding
- Ability to work under pressure while working accurately and efficiently
- Fast learner with a high level of attention to detail
- Possess a positive, enthusiastic and motivated attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including an excellent phone manner
