Ouihelp is seeking a Business Developer to expand its presence in the Chambéry and Annecy regions. The role involves promoting Ouihelp's services to healthcare professionals, particularly in the hospital sector, focusing on solutions for maintaining the autonomy of individuals at home.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting, referencing, and managing a network of healthcare structures (hospitals, clinics, senior residences, etc.).
  • Developing commercial opportunities through phone and in-person prospecting.
  • Understanding the challenges faced by healthcare facilities in managing hospital discharges and home care services.
  • Promoting and embodying the Ouihelp brand.
  • Coordinating service delivery in collaboration with the Ouihelp network.
  • Fostering and expanding relationships with existing partners.
  • Contributing to the growth of local agencies.

Requirements:

  • Successful B2B commercial experience (minimum 2 years).
  • Experience in the hospital and/or healthcare sector.
  • Knowledge of private and/or public healthcare.
  • Local network of active prescribers.
  • Proficiency in phone and in-person prospecting, and negotiation.
  • Ability to develop and execute commercial prospecting strategy.
  • Sales CRM proficiency (Salesforce, Hubspot, etc.).
  • Good communication skills.
