Job Description

Ouihelp is seeking a dedicated Aide à Domicile (H/F) in Bourbon-Lancy to work within a senior co-living arrangement. This role involves providing essential support to elderly individuals in a shared, adapted, and non-medicalized home. The position is a permanent CDI contract, 20 hours per week.

The role involves:

• Assisting residents with daily living activities.
• Maintaining the upkeep of the shared home in collaboration with the care team.
• Supporting residents to live autonomously.
• Enabling residents to maintain their lifestyles.

Requirements:

• A diploma or 3 years of relevant experience.
• A driving license is desirable.
