Sales Strategy and Performance Sr. Associate

Wellhub is seeking a Sales Strategy and Performance Sr. Associate to join their Revenue Strategy & Operations team. This role is based in Brazil (São Paulo) and offers a hybrid work environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address client challenges, gather and analyze data, and develop insightful recommendations. They will also be responsible for communicating findings and recommendations to internal teams, Revenue Leaders, and other client stakeholders through presentations and documents.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and address specific client challenges.
• Gather and analyze information, formulate hypotheses, and develop recommendations for improvement.
• Collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative data from various sources.
• Identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform recommendations.
• Create presentations and documents to communicate findings and recommendations.
• Present to senior management.
