Job Description
VTEX is seeking a passionate Marketing Manager to join their Western Europe Growth team. This role focuses on creating and executing event, performance, and content strategies for France and the UK. The Marketing Manager will own communication planning and collaborate with the sales leader to target key stakeholders with compelling content.

The role involves:
  • Developing and executing a consistent marketing strategy aligned with Sales.
  • Driving lead generation campaigns to meet targets and support the sales team.
  • Analyzing the marketing funnel and leveraging analytics tools to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Building structured reports for internal stakeholders.
  • Helping define the Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategy.
  • Managing and executing the events calendar and strategy.

Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience in a similar marketing role, preferably in a B2B SaaS or tech company.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of managing multifaceted performance projects with tight deadlines.
  • Experience using Salesforce and marketing automation tools.
  • A tech & math mindset with the ability to provide simple solutions to complex problems.
  • Hands-on experience in managing and optimizing Paid Social, SEM, SEO, and Affiliates.
  • Digital commerce experience.
  • Experience in creating soft and dense campaigns across multiple digital channels.
  • Curiosity and willingness to experiment with new tactics and channels.
  • Experience in developing copy for campaign materials.
