Job Description

Precision Medicine Group is seeking a Biorepository Technician I to assist in the receipt, retrieval, and preservation of biological samples. This role involves monitoring freezers, receiving biological samples, managing inventory, and shipping samples according to established procedures.

• Monitoring freezers and responding to alarms.
• Receiving and unpacking specimens, recording pertinent information.
• Storing samples at appropriate temperatures.
• Managing inventory of frozen biological samples.
• Retrieving and shipping frozen samples.
• Completing necessary paperwork.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of general working experience.
• Good attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Familiarity with Excel.
• Ability to lift and carry between 31-50 lbs.
• Fluency in English.
