Trust Operations Specialist - Night Shift

Job Description

BitGo is seeking a Trust Operations Specialist to join their team in Sioux Falls, SD. This role involves providing operational support for BitGo Trust Company during night shifts. The Trust Operations Specialist will be responsible for performing high volume, complex, and confidential trust operational activities, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.

• Providing operational support for customer banking transactions
• Opening and closing accounts on the trust accounting system
• Daily processing of transactions and data input
• Performing system testing and enhancements
• Providing administration and operational support for all accounts
• Responding to internal and external requests for information
• Troubleshooting account questions/issues
• Taking on other responsibilities as needed by the Trust Management Team

• 1-2+ years of operations experience preferred OR a Bachelor's Degree/Advanced Degree with an interest in working within Financial Services/Cryptocurrency
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills
• High sense of urgency
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Team player with strong judgment and decision-making skills
• Must be based in Sioux Falls, SD
