Job Description

BitGo, a leading infrastructure provider of digital asset solutions, is seeking an Operations Associate to join their team in Dubai. This is an onsite role that will be part of a team working shifts to provide operational coverage for BitGo Trust Company. The Operations Associate will be responsible for performing high volume, complex, and confidential trust operational activities, in accordance with company policies and procedures.Role involves:

• Administration and operational support of all accounts under administration
• Experience in KYC and customer due diligence
• Overseeing the complete flow of daily transaction processing
• Performing system testing and identifying discrepancies in data
• Providing operational support for customer support for banking transactions
• Providing timely and accurate responses to both internal & external requests for information
• Troubleshooting account questions/issues in support of Operations

• Extremely high sense of urgency when servicing external and internal clients
