This role is pivotal in driving top-of-funnel success and building a repeatable, high-quality pipeline. The Business Development Representative will collaborate with Account Executives and Marketing peers to execute go-to-market strategies and achieve targets.
Responsibilities: - Outbound to prospect and customer accounts using a multi-channel approach to create pipeline.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on regional activations and event participation.
- Maintain best practices for account cadencing, ensuring timely and consistent lead engagement.
Requirements: - Curiosity, coachability, drive, and a team-player attitude.
- Willingness to make 50+ cold calls daily.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with excellent time management.
