LastPass, a leader in password and identity management, is seeking a Business Development Representative to join their high-energy, mission-driven team. This role is pivotal in driving top-of-funnel success and building a repeatable, high-quality pipeline. The Business Development Representative will collaborate with Account Executives and Marketing peers to execute go-to-market strategies and achieve targets.Responsibilities:
  • Outbound to prospect and customer accounts using a multi-channel approach to create pipeline.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on regional activations and event participation.
  • Maintain best practices for account cadencing, ensuring timely and consistent lead engagement.
Requirements:
  • Curiosity, coachability, drive, and a team-player attitude.
  • Willingness to make 50+ cold calls daily.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management.
  • Passion for a sales career.
