Ping Identity is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join their Global Support Organization. In this role, the engineer will be responsible for providing exceptional support to Ping Identity's valued customers and partners, troubleshooting PingFederate, PingAccess, PingDirectory, PingOne, PingID, and supported integration kits. The engineer will work in a follow-the-sun, multi-site model, collaborating with global teams to provide 24/7 support.
The Technical Support Engineer will report to the Support Team manager and will have opportunities for career growth within Ping Identity's support career ladder.
