- Managing order fulfillment and customer service

- Managing partner onboarding and preventing churn
- Conducting routine inspections and maintenance
- Experience in team management and customer service
- Sales and relationship-building skills
- Knowledge of facility maintenance and repair
- Understanding of P&L management
