The Associate Operations Manager will lead a dedicated facility team, manage the partner experience, and contribute to the facility's profitability.
  • Leading and training a facility team
  • Managing order fulfillment and customer service
  • Leading facility tours and engaging with restaurants
  • Managing partner onboarding and preventing churn
  • Conducting routine inspections and maintenance
Requirements:
  • Experience in team management and customer service
  • Sales and relationship-building skills
  • Knowledge of facility maintenance and repair
  • Understanding of P&L management
