Product Design Lead, Menu Team

Job Description

City Storage Systems is seeking a Product Design Lead for their Menu Team. This role involves crafting end-to-end experiences for restaurant menus on the Otter platform, focusing on creation, management, and optimization. The Product Design Lead will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and operations to launch features that simplify workflows related to pricing, availability, item setup, and modifier configurations. They will participate in design critiques, contribute to the design system, and champion user-centered design.Responsibilities:

• Crafting end-to-end experiences for restaurant menus.
• Collaborating with product managers, engineers, and operations.
• Participating in design critiques and cross-functional reviews.
• Enhancing the Menus experience by contributing to the design system.
• Championing user-centered design.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in product or UX design.
• Ability to be a strategic partner.
• Strong full-stack design skills.
• Proven track record in building products from the ground up.
• Solid communication skills and ability to effectively prioritize projects.
• Foster a collaborative team environment.
• A deep curiosity and passion for the food industry.
