Job Description

Tide is seeking a CRM Engagement Lead to join their team in Bulgaria. This role involves enabling the team, setting campaign strategy, and monitoring performance. The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing and a proven track record of using targeting, automation, and personalization to drive revenue and engagement.

The CRM Engagement Lead will be responsible for:

  • Enabling the team by setting clear direction and clearing any roadblocks.
  • Providing coaching and direction, and supporting team development.
  • Setting the campaign strategy across multiple Tide products.
  • Monitoring, reporting, and presenting on Tide Core KPIs and campaign performance.
  • Supporting the team with building, executing, and optimizing campaign workflows.
  • Defining a full testing and personalization roadmap.
  • Managing stakeholder relationships and supporting strategic thinking.
  • Driving wider cross CRM best practice.

Requirements for this role include:

  • 7-10 years of relevant marketing experience in a scale-up environment.
  • Previous experience coaching and developing a high-performing team.
  • Proven track record of using targeting, automation, and personalization across multiple marketing channels.
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and a passion for speed and efficiency.
