Job Description
Tide is seeking a detail-oriented and commercially focused Senior CRM Executive to help expand rapidly growing markets. The role involves building targeted communications across digital channels to attract, convert, and onboard new users, leveraging data and automation to drive performance. The candidate must be fluent in either German or French and English.
  • Plan and execute CRM campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messaging.
  • Work with analytics and data teams to identify high-conversion segments and personalize communication journeys.
  • Use marketing automation platforms to build and optimize customer journeys.
  • Continuously A/B test messaging, design, and CTAs to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Report on CRM campaign performance and acquisition KPIs.
  • Stay up to date on CRM and customer acquisition trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Analyze campaigns and report to stakeholders, using data to define and maintain segments and reporting dashboards.
  • Work closely with the Acquisition Marketing team and other cross-business stakeholders.
  • Continuously look for optimizations and new ideas to develop engagement marketing opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in either German or French is essential.
  • 2-3 years of experience in end-to-end CRM marketing management.
  • Experience developing and delivering CRM programs with proven results.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Iterable, Hubspot, Braze) and understanding of HTML and CSS.
  • Experience handling campaign data from different sources using BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau).
  • Experience in segmentation and targeting.
  • A/B and MVT testing experience.
  • Solid communication and reporting skills.
  • Good Excel skills and experience with business reporting tools.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Hands-on, delivery-oriented, and results-driven.
  • Curious nature, good organizational skills, and impeccable attention to detail.
