Product Manager, Research

Job Description

Anthropic is seeking a Product Manager for its Research and Frontiers teams. The Product Manager will be responsible for the ideation and deployment of new products, working closely with researchers to productize applied research and identify high-potential use cases. This role involves partnering with Frontiers to transform advanced research into innovative applications.Responsibilities:

• Lead 0-to-1 product development from research to shipped products
• Identify nascent research capabilities that could become transformative products
• Define product strategy for experimental initiatives
• Build MVPs and prototypes to validate product-market fit
• Lead vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution of frontier technologies

Requirements:

• 5+ years in product management
• Experience launching and scaling products
• Technical background with experience working with engineering teams
• Data-driven mindset with Python and SQL proficiency
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and find simple solutions
• Track record of launching ambitious products
• Understanding of the risks and benefits of new technologies
• Creative, hacker spirit
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
