Programme and Outsourcing Manager

Job Description

Payhawk is seeking a Programme and Outsourcing Manager to oversee the company's partnerships with Visa and manage outsourced services and third-party vendors. This role is a strategic position that combines knowledge of payment systems, vendor management, and compliance with regulatory standards in the fintech industry. The Programme and Outsourcing Manager will be responsible for ensuring compliance with card scheme rules, mapping out outsourcing relationships, and managing operational topics with key providers.

Responsibilities include:
• Ensuring compliance with card scheme rules
• Mapping out outsourcing and 3rd party relationships
• Owning day to day operational liaison with key providers
• Driving operational topics
• Managing card scheme compliance
• Tracking stock of cards, cardholders, envelopes, designs approval

Requirements include:
• 5+ years of experience in the fintech, banking, or payments sector
• Specific experience working with card networks (especially Visa)
• Experience in product development, particularly related to payment cards
• Direct experience managing card issuing, processing, and settlement operations
• Experience with Outsourcing risks
• Effective communication skills in managing critical relationships
