Job Description
Payhawk, a global spend management solution, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead hiring for its regional GTM teams. This role is based in Sofia and involves partnering with managers and senior leaders to drive the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a consistent flow of top talent. The Talent Acquisition Partner will play a crucial role in maintaining Payhawk's focus on high talent density and supporting the company's growth across Europe.

Role involves:
  • Partnering with Managers and Senior Leaders to define and execute the recruitment process.
  • Developing sourcing strategies to identify top-tier talent.
  • Driving a robust process for evergreen hires and tailoring recruitment for specific needs.
  • Building relationships with GTM teams and sharing insights with central People teams.

Requirements:
  • Proven track record of end-to-end talent acquisition.
  • Experience collaborating with high-performing teams.
  • Background in hiring for a high-growth, disruptive business.
  • Experience working with internal and external stakeholders up to Director level.
  • Data-driven with the ability to distill complex talent data.
  • Solution-oriented approach to solving hiring challenges.
  • Active listening skills and ability to incorporate insights into actionable plans.
  • Proactive nature with a drive to understand the bigger picture.
  • Technically strong with familiarity in Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter/Insights, and various integrations.
