Gigster is seeking an Outbound Sales Agent to support a client, the world’s largest association dedicated to talent development. The agent will focus on making outbound membership renewal calls, connecting with clients to encourage renewal, and documenting feedback. This role requires excellent communication and persuasion skills, as well as a positive and professional attitude.Responsibilities include:
- Maintaining a positive and professional attitude
- Connecting with clients via phone using provided scripts
- Documenting customer feedback and renewal reasons
- Representing the organization and brand to global members
- Resolving customer inquiries promptly
- Using the association database to record interactions
- Handling multiple interactions and entering data accurately
Required qualifications include:
- Strong customer service skills and experience
- Team player with a positive mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
- Autonomous, goal-oriented, and self-motivated
