Corporate Contracts Manager

Job Description

• Reviews, drafts, and negotiates a variety of commercial agreements.
• Experience redlining and negotiating vendor contracts.
• Works closely with cross-functional teams and coordinates and obtains approvals with internal stakeholders.
• Drafts legal assessments detailing contract terms, conditions and identifies risk mitigation strategies.
• Serves as lead support to business unit on assigned transactions; supports weekly status update meetings.

• 4 Year / Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience, required
• 8+ years commercial transactional experience including procurement related agreements with a high-level of attention to detail, required
• Strong knowledge of commercial contract terms and ability to identify and analyze key issues
• Strong organizational and project management skills, including managing transactions working cross functionally to finalize agreements for the procurement of goods and services
• Aptitude to quickly absorb new information
• Highly developed interpersonal skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable receiving edits and feedback on work product
• Ability to summarize large amounts of information and present work product to management, identifying key issues and recommendations
• Flexibility to quickly adjust to new priorities and/or process changes
• Ability to work independently and appropriately prioritize a high volume of transactions
• Demonstrated leadership, team-working, and team-building skills
• Certified Commercial Contract Manager (CCCM), preferred
• Certified Professional Contract Manager (CCPM), preferred
