Job Description
Twilio is seeking a Staff Security Enablement Analyst to enhance security enablement across the organization. This role involves fostering a security-first culture by engaging, training, and empowering Twilio employees to act as security practitioners. The Staff Security Enablement Analyst will report to the Security team and collaborate with various departments.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement the Security Champions Program.
- Create a framework for recruiting and retaining Security Champions.
- Organize meetings and events for knowledge sharing.
- Develop program documentation and guidelines.
- Curate and deliver live training material.
- Act as a liaison between Twilions and security teams.
- Collaborate with Learning and Development teams.
- Identify opportunities to expand security offers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in information security, cybersecurity, software development, or a related technical field.
- Prior experience coordinating or contributing to a Security Champions or equivalent program.
- Strong knowledge of security principles, practices, and frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, CIS).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
