Chargé(e) RH H/F

This role at Ouihelp involves managing the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment to offboarding. The individual will be part of a recruitment team, responsible for a group of agencies within a region, and will report to the operational manager.

Role Involves:

• Sourcing talents using various methods and maintaining a pool of qualified candidates.
• Screening resumes and conducting phone interviews to assess candidates' skills and soft skills.
• Liaising with agency operations for candidate follow-up.
• Conducting reference checks to validate candidate information.
• Creating administrative files for new recruits.
• Co-organizing group onboarding in agencies to facilitate new employee integration.
• Making onboarding calls at different intervals to ensure successful integration and promote the company's benefits.
• Making proactive calls to active AVS to gather feedback and ensure job satisfaction.
• Being a primary contact for HR-related questions, rights, benefits, and payroll management.
• Promoting and overseeing training activities for active AVS.
• Conducting collaboration review calls with departing AVS to collect feedback and encourage them to return.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
• In-depth knowledge of recruitment techniques and onboarding processes.
• Proficiency in IT and digital tools.
• Diploma in Human Resources, Work Psychology, or a related field.
• Significant professional experience in recruitment and talent management, preferably in the personal services sector.
