Head of Clinical

Job Description

Eucalyptus is seeking a Head of Clinical to scale its clinical operations in the UK. The company is focused on making good health last a lifetime, particularly in the area of weight management, and has experienced significant growth. The Head of Clinical will be responsible for leading a team of 40+ UK-based prescribers, with plans to double the workforce. This role involves ensuring outstanding clinical care while meeting commercial goals.

Responsibilities:

• Build and scale a high-impact clinical workforce.
• Supercharge performance with data, AI, and automation.
• Raise the bar on safety and global clinical standards.
• Represent Eucalyptus in the healthcare ecosystem.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience across both clinical and commercial environments.
• Medical graduate or deep operational experience in healthcare.
• Experience scaling clinical teams or functions in high-growth environments.
• Comfortable working with clinical and operational data.
• Experience with tech-enabled workflows, including automation or AI.
• Registered doctor (GMC or equivalent), ideally with PGY4+ level experience.
