Consultant - Healthcare Content and Data Management

Job Description

Global Healthcare Exchange (GHX) is seeking a Consultant for Healthcare Content and Data Management. In this role, the consultant will focus on master data management and electronic transactions within the healthcare supply chain. The consultant will demonstrate the value of GHX products, define customer best practices, and interface with connected customers to improve their integrated supply chain and clinical health record processes.Role involves:

• Conducting healthcare supply chain project engagements.
• Evaluating and defining customer best practices with GHX products.
• Interfacing directly with GHX connected customers.
• Documenting savings and process improvement opportunities.
• Developing and facilitating training sessions.
• Leading client discussions and meetings.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years practical hospital supply chain experience or equivalent consulting experience.
• Minimum of 2 years healthcare consulting or related experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of master data management principles and industry best practices.
• Hands on working knowledge of hospital information systems and GHX tools.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Willingness to travel 50% of the time.
