Global Healthcare Exchange (GHX) is seeking a Supervisor to manage day-to-day operations in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. The Supervisor will be responsible for training and coordinating team members involved in customer data cleansing engagements, supporting data quality initiatives, and overseeing the clinical data specialist sub-team. This role reports to the Manager – Product Ops at GHX India.
Role involves:
Overseeing data quality of transactional data elements.
Collaborating with stakeholders to enhance product and process understanding.
Monitoring quality metrics and implementing resolutions.
Analyzing data and creating performance reports.
Creating projects and process efficiencies.
Mentoring direct reports for career development.
Resolving technical problems and working cross-functionally.
Assisting with system enhancements.
Executing performance action plans to increase customer engagement.
Maintaining a high-performing team.
Requirements:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Project management skills (a plus).

Experience in creating project outlines, SOPs, and process documentation.

College or University degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum 4+ years of experience in operations management, leading a team of 10+ FTEs with a good background in Data Quality Assurance in healthcare of medical domain.
