Job Description

IONOS, a leading European provider of cloud infrastructure, cloud services, and hosting solutions, is seeking a Key User ERP (w/m/d) to ensure the stable and efficient operation of its ERP system. The Key User will collaborate with various teams, integrate business processes, coordinate technical developments, and ensure the system's legal compliance. This role acts as a central interface between the Financial Shared Service and IT (Cronon), driving the system's development and optimization. The position is available in Berlin, Karlsruhe, or Montabaur.

Requirements:

• Comprehensive knowledge of ERP systems, SAP, and ideally INFOR LN.
• Experience in process management and system integration.
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with various departments and IT teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
• Structured working style with good documentation skills.
• Knowledge of role and permission management.
• Fluency in German and English (written and spoken).
