Job Description
Lightspeed is seeking a User Experience Research Operations team member for a 12-month contract. This role is crucial for implementing the research strategy and scaling research processes to build a modern UX research program. The candidate will report to the User Experience Research Management and collaborate with design and product leadership to develop strategies and optimize systems.
Role Involves:
- Leading the strategy and execution of research initiatives.
- Equipping the research team with necessary tools and training.
- Developing scalable programs to enhance research operations.
- Fostering operational excellence by identifying and implementing workflow improvements.
- Optimizing research tools and platforms.
- Documenting best practices and creating scalable process documents.
- Defining success metrics for research impact.
- Shaping team culture and growth.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in UX research or related fields.
- Deep understanding of how research, product, and design teams collaborate.
- Experience implementing multi-platform research programs.
- Ability to interpret data and use insights to inform decisions.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Expertise in research tools and platforms like Dovetail, UserTesting, and Jira.
