Lightspeed is seeking a Sales Coordinator to join their Account Management team in the hospitality sector in Paris. This role is central to enabling the Account Management team to focus on customer retention, development, and satisfaction. The Sales Coordinator will optimize processes, liaise between departments, and ensure smooth client interactions.

Role Involves:

  • Facilitating the daily operations of the Account Management team.
  • Taking ownership of and improving key processes that support growth.
  • Liaising with Customer Success, Support, Billing, and Product teams.
  • Participating in campaigns and optimizing client onboarding.
  • Identifying and addressing points of friction in processes.

Requirements:

  • Experience in coordination, sales support, operations, or enablement, ideally in a SaaS or tech environment.
  • Organized, responsive, and collaborative.
  • Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
