Job Description
Teads Outbrain Inc. is seeking a Technical Account Manager to join their Technical Account Management team. In this role, the Technical Account Manager will maintain, service, and optimize exchange integrations for growth. The Technical Account Manager will report to the Lead Technical Account Manager and collaborate with various teams to drive revenue growth by leveraging data and implementing best practices.
The role involves:
- Supporting global business teams to improve supply buying of Teads inventory.
- Acting as an ambassador for internal and external stakeholders.
- Addressing integration liquidity blockers and troubleshooting complex issues.
- Leading the onboarding process for new supply partners.
- Developing custom dashboards and monitoring performance.
- Analyzing historical spend and providing business insights.
- Coordinating with Product, Engineering, and other specialist solutions teams.
- Delivering performance reports and educating supply clients.
- Ensuring compliance with security standards and privacy policies.
Requirements:
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results.
- Technical skills combined with relationship-building abilities.
- Analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools (SQL, Excel, Google Sheets, BI Platforms).
- Fluency in English (verbal and writing).
- Service-driven mindset and excellent troubleshooting skills.
- Strong quantitative skills and systems-thinking capacity.
- Exposure to web technology (HTML, CSS, Javascript).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work across time zones.
