Job Description
Labelbox is seeking a People Operations Manager to design and deliver its people infrastructure. The People Operations Manager will report to the VP of People and will be responsible for data-driven onboarding and training, compliance, HRIS management, and culture programming. They will partner with leaders to automate and optimize core processes, turn employee feedback into action, and curate experiences that drive engagement, equity, and performance across the company.
Responsibilities: - Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and international regulations.
- Administering 401(k), benefits, and unemployment claims.
- Managing immigration processes and visa applications.
- Improving the full-cycle onboarding process.
- Supporting management coaching and company-wide development initiatives.
- Partnering with Talent to shape and execute L&D initiatives.
- Supporting the hybrid employee experience strategy through events and gatherings.
- Serving as a culture ambassador and planning partner for team-building efforts.
Requirements: - 5+ years in People Ops, with at least 2 years in a People Partner/HRBP capacity.
- Prior experience leading People Ops in a high-growth startup is a plus.
- Strong experience in project management and owning processes.
- Deep understanding of HR compliance and risk management.
- Trusted partnership with leadership and executive teams.
- Operational excellence with a high bar for execution and ownership.
- Comfortable managing vendors, tools, and budgets.
- High emotional and social intelligence.
