Job Description
Vimeo is seeking a Financial Systems Manager to support Zuora, Salesforce integrations, and other 3rd party financial systems. The Financial Systems Manager will lead cross-system implementation, support, and testing initiatives, as well as assist with system controls and helpdesk tickets. This role involves working with the finance, accounting, and Salesforce teams, along with a global user community.- Support Zuora and related financial system changes.
- Participate in technical discussions and define requirements for cross-functional projects.
- Provide expertise in business process automation using Zuora workflows.
- Build custom reports for cross-functional teams.
- Perform Zuora system administration tasks.
- Create process flow documentation and assist with user training.
- Partner with data and development teams for reporting and API guidance.
- Partner with internal audit for system controls.
- Manage daily Zuora financial systems helpdesk tickets.
- Troubleshoot incidents and implement remediations.
- Support 3rd party financial applications interacting with Zuora.
- Maintain process documentation and communicate with stakeholders.
- BS in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Accounting, or Finance.
- 6+ years of direct Zuora billing or Zuora Revenue (RevPro) system experience.
- Salesforce experience preferred.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Zuora CPQ experience is a plus.
- Global company experience.
- SOX control management experience.
- Helpdesk support experience using ticketing systems.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Experience with system development life cycle.
- Ability to develop and execute test plans.
- Ability to develop and maintain process documentation.
