Lightspeed is seeking a Staff UX Research Operations to join their UX Research team in North America for a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role involves leading the strategy, execution, and scaling of research processes to build a modern, industry-leading UXR program. The Staff UX Research Operations will report to the Director of UXR Research and collaborate with Design and Product Leadership to develop strategies, optimize systems, and create scalable, innovative research operations.
Responsibilities:
Shape and execute the vision for research globally.
Ensure researchers have the tools, training, and infrastructure they need.
Establish and scale programs that enhance research operations.
Identify challenges within research workflows and implement solutions.
Evaluate and implement modern research tools and platforms.
Create scalable playbooks, templates, and process documentation.
Develop impact measurements for research.
Foster a positive and inclusive culture.
Requirements:
At least 5 years of industry experience in UX Research or related fields.
Deep understanding of how research, product, and design teams collaborate within agile environments.
Hands-on experience implementing cross-platform research programs.
Ability to interpret data and use insights to inform decisions.
Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
