Job Description
BEAM is seeking a Manager for High School STEM Enrichment to directly impact the lives of low-income/underserved high school students. This role involves leading and inspiring students to explore STEM, managing enrichment programs, and coordinating field trips and workshops. The Manager will oversee a team supporting students in developing skills for STEM degrees.

Role Involves:
  • Recruiting high school students and maintaining engagement.
  • Managing Saturday and/or after-school math enrichment programs.
  • Coordinating field trips and establishing external partnerships.
  • Contributing to the creation of workshops.
  • Summer camp leadership.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of professional work experience.
  • 2+ years teaching math or STEM to 6-12th graders or undergraduate students.
  • Experience designing STEM or academics-based programs and curriculum.
  • At least 2 years managing a team or program.
  • Coaching experience.
  • Experience working with low-income communities.
