Job Description
AB InBev is seeking a Mid-Level CRM Solutions Analyst to join their Growth Group in Campinas, Brazil. The Growth Group unifies AB InBev's B2B, DTC, Sales & Distribution, and Marketing teams, driving digital transformation and organic growth. The Analyst will focus on developing personalized, cross-channel solutions, integrating data, business rules, and ML models across touchpoints to deliver dynamic customer experiences.
Role involves:
- Leading solution workshops and developing detailed requirements.
- Developing data models and process flows.
- Designing and developing data and software solutions for Braze and CDP integration.
- Collaborating with developers and product teams for solution implementation.
- Presenting solution designs and ensuring data-driven decision-making.
- Prototyping and integrating tools into the existing Marketing Tech stack.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience with CRM platforms and technical operations (CRM Ops).
- Knowledge of Customer Data Platforms (CDP) and customer data integration.
- Proficiency in SQL and database query languages.
- Understanding of API integrations.
- Familiarity with marketing automation and customer journey orchestration.
- Basic understanding of Machine Learning models in CRM contexts.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Advanced English proficiency.
