Job Description
Scale AI is seeking an Executive Recruiter to join their team in San Francisco, CA. This role focuses on partnering across the business to hire Director+ level technical and non-technical talent. The Executive Recruiter will work closely with Scale’s leadership team to identify talent, cultivate networks, and implement recruiting strategies to attract top technical and operational minds to the company.

The role involves:
  • Building relationships with leaders and People teams to understand talent needs.
  • Developing and executing sourcing strategies to attract executive talent.
  • Managing the recruitment process and candidate experience end-to-end.
  • Managing metrics, market insights, and operations to improve processes.
  • Building trusting relationships with candidates to understand their motivations.

Requirements:
  • 10+ years of executive recruiting experience.
  • Experience sourcing and closing leadership at the Director-and-up level.
  • Exceptional ability to identify and engage passive executive talent.
  • Proven track record of learning industries and building tailored strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple searches in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and autonomously.
  • Passion for finding and connecting with the best talent.
