Postman, a leading API platform, is seeking a Talent Research Partner to join their TA team on a 1-year contract. The ideal candidate will drive top-of-funnel sourcing efforts to build a strong talent pipeline for technical and business functions. This role involves partnering with recruiters, hiring managers, and business leaders to execute targeted sourcing strategies.

What this role involves:

  • Leading proactive sourcing efforts for key technical and business roles.
  • Partnering with hiring teams to understand role requirements and team culture.
  • Utilizing various sourcing channels to engage and attract passive candidates.
  • Developing and maintaining a strong pipeline of talent.
  • Conducting initial candidate outreach, screening, and assessment.
  • Collaborating with recruiters to manage candidate flow.
  • Maintaining an organized and efficient ATS (Greenhouse).
  • Analyzing data and market trends to refine sourcing strategies.
  • Providing a seamless, high-touch candidate experience.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of sourcing experience.
  • Proven track record of identifying and engaging top talent.
  • Strong experience sourcing for technical and business roles.
  • Expertise in using advanced sourcing tools and platforms.
  • Excellent understanding of the tech talent landscape.
  • Strong collaboration skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Data-driven approach to sourcing.
