Postman is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Recruiter for a 1-year contract in Bengaluru, India. The Technical Recruiter will play a critical role in scaling high-performing teams across the organization, driving full-cycle recruitment, and ensuring a world-class candidate and stakeholder experience. The recruiter will work closely with leadership and hiring managers to influence hiring decisions through market insights, talent mapping, and operational excellence.Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical and/or business functions.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand team structures and hiring needs.
  • Develop sourcing strategies to identify and engage diverse talent.
  • Provide data-driven talent insights and hiring forecasts.
  • Drive consistent, inclusive candidate experience.
  • Manage and maintain ATS hygiene (Greenhouse).
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of passive and active talent.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-growth tech company.
  • Experience hiring for senior-level technical and/or business roles.
  • Strong business acumen and stakeholder management skills.
  • Exceptional sourcing skills and understanding of talent market dynamics.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and adaptability.
