Job Description
Postman is seeking a Backend Software Engineer to join their Test Infrastructure team. This role involves developing and maintaining tools, frameworks, and infrastructure to improve developer experience and increase productivity. The engineer will contribute to scaling Postman's test infrastructure and meeting growth challenges.

Responsibilities:
  • Developing test infrastructure from an engineer’s perspective.
  • Designing and managing processes and systems to improve Postman's reliability.
  • Building internal tooling and frameworks to impact product quality and simplify developers' lives.
  • Contributing to performance measurement capabilities within test frameworks.
  • Driving innovation and continuous improvement.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience working on large-scale JavaScript/Typescript applications.
  • Strong fundamentals in test infrastructure and software design.
  • Experience with scalable test automation frameworks and continuous integration pipelines.
  • Experience in building test observability dashboards.
  • Hands-on experience with public Cloud infrastructure services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
